Good Business Coaches Help You See The Blind Spots

     Oftentimes, the biggest hurdle to success is that you don't know what you don't know. You can't Google your way out of a problem that you aren't sure how to articulate—or worse, how to anticipate. I've invested six figures in business coaches over the years and can directly attribute much of my success to what they've taught me. I've always believed that the best investment you can make is an investment in yourself. Business coaches are great accountability partners to help ensure you're learning, growing and evolving.

    Self-Imposed Limit Mindset -  The biggest pro is having an outlet to be heard and to have someone who can help you process a circumstance or feeling in a thoughtful way. We spend so much time building a cage around ourselves as entrepreneurs that is totally self-imposed. It is the cage of being right. The cage of saying "yes" when we should say "no." The cage of compromising our standards then blaming others because of it. The cage of being a victim to a situation we created. Having a coach has helped me see this and has equipped me with skills and tools to better self-manage 

   Open Your Mind To New Habits And Ideas -  No matter what level of success you have attained, there is a tendency to stay in your own lane and not observe habits and patterns that have been successful for others. A strong business coach can help increase awareness of methods and keys to success that have worked for other people and may be analogous to your own situation.  I was able to glean many insights that I never would’ve thought of. At the end of the day, venturing outside of your own industry could offer strong insights that you can bring back to your day-to-day routine.
